The customer can concentrate on his core competencies, his strengths and on the market.
We assume the accounting / controlling function for the company as a so-called Shared Service Centre or Centre of Excellence.
In the Centre of Excellence, accounting and IT competence are bundled, in order to provide these services to the customer cost-effectively and in accordance with international requirements.
In doing so, we rely on state-of-the-art concepts, such as Beyond Budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, etc. The customer profits from a practicable combination of these topics – practice-oriented and conserving resources, i.e. value-added.
